You are warmly invited to a holiday grief support gathering on December 6 from 6:00-8:00pm. The time together will begin with an expressive arts activity and segue into rich conversation about your loved one and the grief you are experiencing because of their death, especially during the holiday season.

Discussion will include the struggles people may be entering into with grief during the holiday season and ways each person is choosing to approach rituals and traditions without their special person.

Island Narrative Therapy invites you to join a Holiday Grief Support Group open to those grieving a significant death loss. The time will open with a craft devoted to the memory of the deceased loved one and a candle lit in their honour.
